York Fit Yoga Classes is a perfect place to start or deepen your Yoga practice. Classes and courses take place in our spacious class studio situated just a stones throw from York City Centre. We offer a range of styles taught by some of the most highly qualified and experienced teachers in York. We have a yoga class for everyone.
Power Yoga uses traditional vinyasa and ashtanga practice with various other bodyweight exercises to aid in the facilitation of strength, flexibility and mobility. Using breath to support the movement is a particular focus of the class.

Beginner Yoga Course
Our Beginner Yoga Course is the perfect start to your yoga journey. A five week course consisting of one lesson a week where you will learn the fundamentals of yoga. From sun salutations and breathing techniques to asanas and relaxation exercises.

Acro Yoga is a mix of partner acrobatics and yoga, where you will learn to fly, support and balance. Acro Yoga is for everybody regardless of strength and size, we will teach you the building blocks to progress and master Acro Yoga and the physical skills involved.
